Elijah McLeod, Anchorage Alaska Lawyer

Elijah McLeod is originally from Austin, Texas, but accomplished his family’s life-long dream of living in view of snow-capped mountains in Alaska for hiking, hunting, and winter sports with his loving wife,  Kacey, and three young children: Dean, Jacob, and Samuel. Elijah is a multi-state practice attorney admitted to all state courts of Alaska, New Mexico, and Texas, as well as the bankruptcy and Northern Federal District Court of Texas.

 Since 2012 Elijah has successfully litigated hundreds of domestic, civil, and criminal cases through trial and final judgment, including appellate work. Elijah is passionate about his clients’ well-being and legal goals. He has prosecuted tort actions against large national corporations for individual personal injuries, represented financial institutions for debt and post-judgment collection actions, as well as indigent clients in felony and misdemeanor criminal cases through the years. Elijah is a highly motivated and adaptable attorney with in-depth practical experience in many courts. His experience in domestic cases includes divorces with complex marital business interests and custody disputes across state lines in emotionally charged family law cases.
